They are supplied with a uniform GPS tracker a map and their bags are all filled and ready to go. They are taken to the selected postcode for that day. Each team follows a highlighted map and as they deliver they make note of any properties they cannot access for the following reasons; property inaccessible, no junk mail on the mailbox or a refusal by the households. There is always a manager on the road with the crew should anything happen on the day and any issues are dealt with there and then.
